Jon Thorne, co-founder with his sons, of LifeSkills21.club will introduce the what, why and how of mental agility. They will then help everyone do an activity in agile teams.
When talking to Jon, you instantly get inspired about thinking differently, not becoming set in our ways and actually it's possible to stop, reflect, look around and think about how to do things a little differently.
We are all guilty of being too busy to really think and this workshop will challenge you to do just that!
- The mentally agile avoid breaking themselves trying to follow one "right" way because they know there are always other ways.
- Knowing there are always other ways means the mentally agile, keep their dreams alive by adapting to find ways to go forward
- The mental agile tend not to get too stressed or too anxious with following one "right" way because they know there are always other ways
- Knowing there are always other ways means the mentally agile go forward by doing lots of planning while avoiding a fixed plan.
- The mental agile know how to operate in agile teams where team members adapt to what each other are doing to find a way forward when nobody knows what will happen. Agile teams form the backbone of 21st century organisations.
